Replying an Email

This if not for job seekers only but also everyone who replies to emails. As i have said before on one of the articles, an email should sound polite as if you are meeting someone to impress them.

When replying to an email always greet the recipient. Be polite and use words like "good day" and a name now that you replying to someone who sent you an email before. Always keep the subject unchanged. If the email was not sent to you alone also remember when replying to keep all the other copied people on the replies.

Get to the point in reply, if your asked to attach a document do not forget to attach it and acknowledge the reply and do mention that your attaching as per request. Usually i would say "Kindly find attached the document as discussed or requested".

Like any other email do not forget to end the email politely with words such as "Kind regards".
